Payments
If you choose to pay by credit card, the service takes place through the Stripe payment gateway, which guarantees absolutely safe transactions and uses high-security protocols.
Credit cards supported for payments are: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON.
During the processing of payments, credit card data are in no way managed or stored by the giroditalia.bikedivision.it site or by others outside of Stripe and the banking services indicated. The giroditalia.bikedivision.it site and server do not manage or store credit card data even if you choose to store the data for future purchases (this process is managed on Stripe through maximum security protocols).

How long we keep your data
We generally keep your information as long as we need it for the purposes for which we collect and use the data and as long as we are legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we store information on the order for 10 years for tax and accounting reasons. This information includes your name, email address and billing addresses.
People on our team who have access
Bike Division Tour Operator members have access to the information you provide us, in order to meet your requests.
For example, our booking department can access:
• Order information such as, service purchased, date of purchase and service details
• Customer information such as your name, email address, telephone number and billing information
Who we share your data with
Your details, name, address, email, telephone are shared with the company organizing the Giro d'Italia and providing the Hospitality & Race Experiences services, in order to provide you with the service you purchased through our site.
Contact form
If you use the contact form to request a personalized package, we keep the data in order to respond to your request. Your data is stored on our site and you can request its export and cancellation. Your name and email address will also be included in the Bike Division mailing list, sent through the MailUp service, and used exclusively to communicate our offers and proposals relating to our events calendar. Your data will never be sold or given to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the Bike Division mailing list at any time and exercise the rights provided for in Articles. from 15 to 22 of EU regulation 679/2016
